Kitchen & Bath Renovations
Kitchen & Bath Renovations
The two rooms that sell a house and the two you use most. We renovate both end to end, with one crew and one schedule.
What’s Included
What’s included.
Kitchens and bathrooms are where our restoration and painting work meet. A full renovation can mean new cabinetry, tile, and fixtures, or it can mean keeping the layout you have and rebuilding the finishes around it. We scope both the same way: we look at the room, talk through what is worth replacing and what is worth restoring, and put it in writing before anything comes apart.
That includes cabinet refinishing when it is the right call. If your boxes are solid, refinishing them costs a fraction of replacement and turns the room around in about a week, so we will tell you when that is the better use of your budget rather than selling you a full tear-out.
- Full kitchen and bath renovations cabinetry, tile, fixtures, trim, and paint coordinated under one contract.
- Cabinet refinishing when it makes more sense doors and boxes sanded, primed, and sprayed to a factory-smooth finish.
- Hardware, hinges, and slides updated while everything is already apart.
- One crew from demolition to final coat so nobody is waiting on another trade to show up.

Questions
Frequently asked questions.
Do I need a full renovation, or will refinishing do?
It depends on the condition of what you already have. If the cabinet boxes and layout are sound, refinishing gets you a new-looking room for far less. If the layout does not work or the cabinetry is failing, a full renovation is the better investment. We give you a straight answer at the in-home consultation.
